FORMER MAS RESTORED 3 AIR-CONDITIONED BEDROOMS LARGE HEATED SWIMMING POOL This authentic old Provencal farmhouse from the 18th century is an old agricultural property made up of a farmhouse and a stone cottage on a plot of over one hectare. Located 1.5 km from the village of Seillans, at the end of a small private road with 4 properties, the farmhouse is a true haven of peace among olive trees.
The terraced garden is mainly planted with pines, olive trees, oleanders, fig trees, oaks and mulberry trees. It offers a superb view of the Fayence valley, the summits of Esterel and Tanneron.
A large shaded car park under the pines allows you to park 2 or 3 vehicles without difficulty. A place is covered.
The 11m x 5.5m swimming pool is heated to a minimum of 25C °, it is surrounded by vegetation and also offers a very nice view of the Audibergue mountains. It is not overlooked and the beaches are equipped with pool beds and mattresses. The swimming pool is maintained twice a week by a professional piscinist.
On either side of the farmhouse, numerous terraces allow you to enjoy the view at all times of the day. The terraces are all equipped with comfortable furniture.

The farmhouse was completely restored in 2017, respecting the Provencal style, but with a concern for modernity.
The upper floor, accessible by a comfortable concrete staircase, consists of a TV room with large screen and video library. 2 bedrooms of about 15M2, one with double bed 160X200 and another with 2 single beds 90X200. These 2 bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes. They share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
At the central level (parking level) A large outdoor kitchen with sink, gas hob, worktop, allows meals to be taken out of the sun. Farm table and 6 mulched chairs.
The entrance is through the interior kitchen, fully equipped, in the extension of the kitchen, a large table and 6 chairs.
A first living room is organized around a fireplace with library, a second living room allows you to enjoy the superb view thanks to a large partition window.
The lower level of the farmhouse is accessible by a wooden staircase which leads to an office. A large linen room with sink, WC, washing machine and American fridge.
The third air-conditioned bedroom also has a private bathroom. It opens onto the main terrace with Lemon tree and Bougainvillea, shaded by 2 mulberry trees.
