You will be charmed by the Charente, this peaceful river which flows through our department, between Cognac and Rochefort. The Le Pinier property is ideally located in the center of Charente-Maritime. It is the starting point for visiting the islands and the Charente coast and its sandy beaches, the seaside resort of Royan, the vineyards and the Grandes Maisons, to stroll in the countryside and in the small villages typical of this beautiful region, that I invite you to discover!
