You will have a living room with a sloping ceiling, a large fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom as well as a garden with trees and a terrace where you can enjoy a good meal in the sun facing the panorama!
Bed linen and towels are available on request. Free parking spaces on site.
The house :
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- An attic living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and TV.
- A large modern kitchen, with a dining area and a convivial dining table for up to 4 people, fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and storage space.
- A bathroom with a bath, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer and WC.
Outside :
- A large garden with trees of 100m², facing East with a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy a nice meal in the sun!
Neighbourhood:
This accommodation is ideally located in a quiet bucolic setting, close to a farm with animals. You will find all the necessary amenities less than 5 min by car, in Saint-palais.
