An old Landes country house transformed into a guest house.
Welcome to this old family farm. The house was completely renovated a few years ago. This 200 square meter house is very nice and above all practical. It has a private annex on the ground floor with bedroom, private bathroom and terrace. Upstairs there are 4 other bedrooms and a large bathroom. Of the 5 bedrooms, two have separate single beds if you want to come with a friend.
The others are bedrooms with 160 cm beds. We have a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful old terrace with its well and climbing vine. Being an old house, it is naturally cool in summer and heats up quickly in winter thanks to the wood stove. For the hot summers it is equipped with an air conditioning system. In the evening, you can go to the vegetable garden behind the house or the wooden tavern, or simply go and collect eggs in the chicken coop.
We also offer access to on-site coworking, in the adjoining barn for people wishing to telework.
An old stable transformed into a workspace
This 100 square meter old barn has been completely renovated since 2021 and converted into a beautiful workspace and can accommodate up to 10 artists. The ground floor has a private and soundproof meeting room, toilets that meet disabled access standards, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided and we sell local products on site such as apple juice that we produce on the farm. The barn is equipped with fiber and outdoor wifi if you want to work outside and enjoy the sunny days. The space mixes old and modern materials and has been designed to make you feel at home. The construction of the studio also uses natural and ecological materials such as clay, lime and wood. The building has been designed to minimize energy losses, so that even in winter you can enjoy underfloor heating and work in pleasant conditions. The best thing is to open the windows during spring or summer and enjoy the birds singing, the squirrels passing by or the sound of the rain while you work! End your working day with a break in the chicken coop or pick strawberries in the garden during the summer.
