On the ground floor, a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and a beautiful adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink and WC. On the 1st floor a beautiful bright mezzanine with two bedrooms, one with 1 160 cm bed and one with 2 90 cm beds. A bathroom and a WC are also available upstairs. The cottage is equipped with an internet connection, a large sheltered courtyard outside but also a south-facing garden with a plancha. 6 km from the "Venice of Périgord", Brantôme and 1 km from the Dronne river classified 1st category, for the pleasures of fishing and canoeing but also swimming. This gîte is also at the gates of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Park. A walking path passes through the hamlet.
