You will enter through a raised ground floor, starting with the kitchen (with microwave, oven, ceramic hob). After 2 steps, you will have the pleasure of taking your meals in the veranda which has a dining area. Then, via 4 steps, you will access the large living room equipped with a TV, Wifi, fireplace, billiards and table football. Shower room with shower cubicle and separate WC. 3 steps provide access to the 2 bedrooms with 1 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm modular beds. A 1 hectare garden is shared with the other gîte. In the courtyard located in front of the cottage, you will have private garden furniture with barbecue. Laundry room shared by the 2 gîtes with private washing machine and shared tumble dryer.
