Gîte in the countryside located at the southern end of the owner's house which is an old 18th century mansion surrounded by a 1 ha park with a fenced pond 30 m from the gîte. This accommodation is about a hundred meters from the road and accessible by an oak avenue. A grassy valley on the east side separates nearby woods. 5 km from Sourzac and its church to be seen from the Eiffel bridge on the Isle, and 25 km from Bergerac and its famous vineyards (Bergerac, Pécharmant, Monbazillac...).
