This pleasant single-storey house offers a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area open to the large living room with sofa, armchairs, television and Canal +. You will have a first sleeping area with two bedrooms each composed of a 140x190 bed. Near the bedrooms is a bathroom with Italian shower and double sink as well as separate toilets. A second sleeping area is available to you in the other wing of the house, with a bedroom composed of a 140x190 bed and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
Baby equipment on request: a baby bath, a travel cot, a high chair. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning included, electricity and heating. Spa: 50 euros / week Between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, come and recharge your batteries in this house restored with pleasure by Martine and Jean-Louis.
