Enter the comfortably furnished living room, and see the dining area and kitchen off to your left. Proceed to the hallway and two bedrooms in the rear. You will see the lovely green park across the street, and you can take a peek at the beach and ocean from the bedroom windows.
Walk across quiet Sandyland Road to the 'world's safest beach'--for swimming, surfing, beachcombing, bird watching, or just sitting on the sand and building sand castles! Or stroll up the street to the charming small town shops, galleries, restaurants, and the weekly farmer's market. Take a leisurely 10 mile drive to Santa Barbara for museums, entertainment, fine dining and shopping, or hop on the train for a jaunt to Los Angeles, Ventura or Santa Barbara.
