Elegant apartment located on the 2nd floor without lift in a historic building in the Centre of Florence, 500 meters from the Duomo, recently renovated and tastefully furnished in classic Tuscan style and contemporary. The apartment has painted ceilings and can accommodate up to 6 people, has two bedrooms with double bed and two bathrooms, one with shower. It also has a beautiful kitchen equipped with a microwave, a dining room and a living room with sofa bed. Free Wi-fi. Air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Its location is strategic since is close to the main train station "Santa Maria Novella", and about 5 minutes from the open market of San Lorenzo.
Always on foot you can easily reach anything such as via Tornabuoni, the Duomo, Santa Croce, Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio. Nearby you will find excellent restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.

The apartment is located in the area of San Lorenzo and Santa Maria Novella Station in Florence's historic center. The area of the Duomo and San Lorenzo's establishes the very heart of Florence and takes its name from the famous Brunelleschi dome ending the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Around Duomo's countless historic buildings and beautiful squares such as the San Lorenzo market, the Piazza del Duomo and Piazza della Repubblica, famous for its bars, historical patisseries, live music and street performers. Guests who need to travel within the ZTL zone by car to reach their apartment are advised to contact one of the private garages in the centre (the one nearest the apartment you are staying in) and obtain a temporary access permit. Upon arrival at the garage, guests must specify they need access for the ZTL and the garage will then note the vehicle’s number plate and forward it to the appropriate police headquarters.
