Located on the 4th floor without elevator of a Bordeaux building, our 35m2 apartment offers a lovely view of the top of Rue Sainte Catherine, Place de la Comédie and Place Tourny.
The studio comes equipped with all the basic essentials needed for a comfortable stay, these include a kitchen fully-equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster and hob. There's a dishwasher at your disposile.
The sleeping area is composed of a Queen Size bed, a desk and a storage space. The sliding doors allow you to decide whether to open it to the living room or to leave the bedroom closed.
The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Fresh towels are provided as well.
There is a separate WC and washing machine.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
