Bright and elegantly furnished with modern decors, this lovely apartment is close to many of Lyon's top attractions!

Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area, unwind in the living room after spending a whole day in the city. The large windows throughout the space enable you to see the typical bright architecture of Lyon.

The attached kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook a delicious meal, including a coffeemaker, a boiler, a microwave, and a toaster. So feel free and cook up a storm!

The two bedrooms contain a comfy queen bed. (160x200) Upon arrival, complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure you’ll have a pleasant sleep. One of the bedrooms is located on a mezzanine with a low ceiling height, which might not be suitable for tall people.

The bathroom has all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as an Italian shower and a jacuzzi for two people. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The toilet is separated from the bathroom.

A washing machine with a dryer is at your disposal in the flat.

The lively 1st arrondissement centers around the majestic City Hall and 19th-century Bartholdi Fountain on Place des Terreaux. Indie bookshops and vinyl stores fill steep streets, and alfresco bistros line cobbled plazas. Hip, late-night music clubs fill Rue St.-Catherine.

The plateau of Croix-Rousse, a haven of peace, is located 10 mins from the flat. Visit the renowned House of the Canuts, if you want to know everything about the history of Canuts and silk in Lyon.

The banks of the Saône is only 15 mins away on foot. While crossing the Saône, take a stroll to Vieux-Lyon (a historical site listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO).

Don’t forget to visit The Basilica of Fourvière which offers a stunning view of Lyon.

The nearest train station is Croix-Paquet station, just 5-mins away on foot. There's also Croix-Rousse station 7-mins walk from the flat. You explore many places in Lyon with these two stations!

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is just 30 mins drive from the flat.

Please note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
