The holiday home is in a quiet location in a small hamlet, about 1 km from a small village in the heart of the Bordeaux wine region.

Many circular routes lead through important wine regions and châteaux, and the region is also rich in historic villages with castles and palaces. In the village, about 1 km from the house, you'll find all the shops you need for everyday needs, such as a grocery shop with bakery products, a tobacconist's and newsagent's, and a hairdresser. In Gensac, around 2.5 km away, you'll find restaurants, cafés, two doctors and a pharmacy.
