The magnificent domain of Pressac, hidden under the high trees, is occupied by a magnificent castle and by two independent holiday residences. This house is located in the right wing of the castle and has an intimate private garden. On the estate, you will find a communal swimming pool, a large fishing pond (carp), various animals (hens, ducks and sheep) and for the little ones, a playground with seesaw, sandpit, swing and trampoline.
Oh, the beautiful castle, built in the 15th century, Château Landéry is located a little outside the village of Pressac (2 km). Surrounded by woods and vast fields, it is also a stone's throw from the border with the Charente department. Either way, you won't be bored in the area. It has several zoos and golf enthusiasts can also enjoy its magnificent courses. For culture lovers, we recommend the medieval town of Ruffec (41 km). Visit the many markets, have a drink on a terrace, and let yourself live!
There is a beautiful shared and fenced swimming pool 100 m from the chateau, with a large sunbathing lawn on the edge. In the castle, whose Dutch owners live in the central part, there is a separate common area equipped with a washing machine and a ping-pong table.
