Welcome to this charming, recently built wooden house, located in the tranquil area of Mézos. The house sits on a 1300 m² enclosed plot and boasts a 105 m² interior, providing ample space for relaxation and enjoyment.
The house, built in 2019, is bright and spacious, designed with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It features three bedrooms: two with 160 cm double beds, and one that can be configured with either two 80 cm single beds or one 160 cm double bed, according to your preference. Each bedroom includes storage space.
You will find all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay, including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a Cookeo multi-cooker, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. For outdoor cooking, a large plancha is available on the terrace. Additionally, a folding baby bed with a real mattress and a high chair are provided for families with young children.
The heated pool (8x4 meters) is available from early June to late September, secured with a safety cover. Air conditioning will be available starting from June 24, 2024. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with shampoo and soap. The beds will be made upon arrival.
The garden is a peaceful haven with no overlooking neighbors, perfect for enjoying sunny days. The outdoor space includes a dining area with garden furniture and a barbecue for delightful meals al fresco.
