Our large cottage is an old stone barn completely renovated, located between Bordeaux and Toulouse, in the triangle Bergerac Villeneuve Lot and Marmande, 2 steps from Perigord.
Located in the countryside Lot et Garonnaise and not overlooked, you will be conquered by the large volumes of the rooms and a nice modern decor.
The 5 bedrooms each have a bathroom or shower room with WC.
Billiards in the dining room, kitchen with central island, large screen TV and 3 sofas offer absolute comfort.
Three of the rooms are located on the ground floor, equipped with beds 160x200 for 2 of them, ie the rooms "Bodega" and "Havana", the third, "Bahia" has a bed of 140x200. All three measure 16m2 and contain: wardrobes with shelves and wardrobe, armchair, chair, lamp and desk and bedside lamps.
The entire ground floor is accessible to people with reduced mobility. We have the Tourisme et Handicap label for 4 handicaps.
Past the mezzanine upstairs with library and games, we arrive in 2 large attic rooms: "Salsa" and "Samba" in which are positioned 3 beds of 90x200 in each. (possibility to twin 2 beds to offer 190x200 in each of the 2 bedrooms)
On the ground floor a 6th toilet is common to all the cottage. The laundry room adjoins the latter and houses: washing machine, dryer, freezer, ironing facilities, boiler with heat pump, vacuum cleaners, solar water heater and various bins ... (selective sorting and composting oblige !!) Do not forget that you will be in a cottage labeled "écogestes"!
A park of 4000m2 totally enclosed facilitates and secures the reception of animals.
Finally the heated pool and private measure 10mx5m. At the edge is the poolhouse equipped with braided garden furniture, hammocks, plancha BBQ, small refrigerator, pingpong table ..... A picnic table and a wooden frame with swings and slide will delight the little ones! The petanque court will be for the biggest!
For those who like natural fruits and vegetables, we offer large baskets throughout the stay depending on the season, a wide choice will be possible!
