Summary: The mediocre rating is due to the size of the room. It was a little box with barely room to get around the twin beds. It was an “airport overnight “ with a friend, so it sufficed. Access to the second floor was via a rather scary circular staircase We felt it was unsafe. As exclusive English speakers ( not proud of that), we were unable to read the gate notice if one existed. The lobby is not staffed 24/7. We left our hotel key in the room and attempted to leave. However, you need your room key to use the gate. The number posted on the lobby door did not answer either a direct call or a text attempt. We were stuck!!! Luckily, an employee arrived and opened the gate for us. Merci beaucoup to him. All that said, the staff were lovely, the room clean and the beds comfy. Excellent essentials.
