Summary: Service was great, reception and restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff. The skiing room where you put on your slalom boots were on the ground floor, with easy access from inside and outside of the hotel. The hotel is also very close to the gondol/lift. The hotel’s condition is what most of these types of hotels are, very worn down and out of date. Although I must mention that last year we stayed at the 3 star hotel next door, that really surprised me compared to this, which only have 2 stars. In other words the whole family were more satisfied staying at this hotel. If I have to point out any improvements it has to be answering their phone. Prior to our stay I tried to call several times, and left a couple of voicemails. At the end I wrote an e-mail which they replayed. The parking can also be challenging, pending on when you are there of course. All in all a good stay, with great service.
