The 40m2 living room opens onto a large terrace shaded by a centuries-old mulberry tree. You can enjoy two terraces and a very spacious shaded patio at your leisure throughout the day.
To cool off and relax, the house features a very large pool (12m x 6m), 1.5m deep, secured by a rigid cover.
This farmhouse is ideally located in a hamlet less than 5 minutes from the magnificent village of Goudargues, nestled in the heart of the Cèze Valley, which boasts the charm of numerous riverside restaurants, earning it the nickname "Venice of the Gard".
