Positive: Nice but not international standard both staff and facilities - restaurant unavailable for guest across a full weekend because short on staff without any heads-up, casual information at checking ... slightly annoying knowing that options in a 20-minutes radius are extremely limited ... chalets are cute but far from meeting expectations created by online pictures - refurbishment and soundproof upgrades rooms need to be seriously considered. Overall, a 5 out of 10 though it the only decent place in the valley. Pool not heated despite being at 1000 meters ... enjoy the water below 20C
