ABSTRACT:
You are at the gateway to Toulouse (only 4km from the ring road), just 15 minutes drive from downtown Toulouse.
In a quiet and quiet area, my house overlooks a garden and several terraces. She will please you.

BAIL:
I do not ask for a deposit on Abritel, otherwise, the sum is taken from you by Abritel and only refunded 2 weeks after .. So I prefer to ask you a deposit check of 400 euros that I do not cash. And I return it to you after you leave. If we can meet on site it is perfect, otherwise, you could send it to me by mail before your arrival.
ACCESS TO TRAVELERS:
You will have access to the garden, can take advantage of terraces and garden furniture.
You will appreciate the large living room, the dining room, as well as the small lounge area with the curved 55-inch Smart TV and the upright piano.
You can also eat on the high table close to the kitchen, or outside on a terrace.
To sunbathe. Or enjoy the shade of the cherry tree or the pergola.
Some of the closets and other furniture will include personal effects in well-defined spaces, which we thank you in advance for respecting. (We live on the spot in the year).
INTERACTION WITH TRAVELERS
Come so: it is an ideal accommodation for a family of 4, or friends, wishing to discover Toulouse and its surroundings, and why not, the Canal du Midi, the Cité de l'Espace (near the exit 17 of the Rocade, just 5 km from the house), the Lauragais, the Pays du Pastel (Cocagne), or the mountains of the Pyrenees.
The house is simple, functional, with large spaces, open to the outside, very well insulated (to withstand the heat of the summer in Toulouse!). Equipped with electric shutters.
A pergola is shading the terrace. The natural shade of the cherry tree is also very popular!
During your stay, I stay at your contact by message on the application Airbnb, or sms or phone calls.
