The sleeping area includes a bedroom under the awning with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, an independent bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and toilet, a dormitory-style bedroom with six beds and an adjoining bathroom, as well as a small bedroom with a 120 cm bed, ideal for children. An additional independent toilet is available on the ground floor.
Outside, enjoy the above-ground swimming pool with a scenic terrace, a barbecue, a ping-pong table, and a large furnished terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. A vast lawn is perfect for various games, and the property includes two hectares of woodland for peaceful walks. Children’s equipment is available upon request.
