Ci troviamo tra Livorno e Pisa, ottimo per visitare entrambe a 10/20 minuti ! a pochi km dal centro di Livorno e dal porto cittadino in prossimità dell'uscita Stagno dell'autostrada A12. a 5 min trovate la spiaggia di tirrenia , disponibile anche
Dog Beach. A 1.5 km trovate supermecati conad ekom , poste, tabacchi, pizzeria da asporto, fast food.. per muoversi dalla struttura è necessario avere un mezzo di trasporto proprio auto/moto che potete parcheggiare fronte casa , è videosorvegliato. Il bus piu vicino è a 1.5 km a piedi. Gli animali sono ammessi su richiesta ,taglia medio piccola, se accettata al costo di 20 euro per cane a soggiorno da pagare in loco, massimo 2 animali. La casa dispone di un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto , se la prenotazione è per 2 ospiti che dormono divisi va specificato all'host al momento della prenotazione e vi sarà un supplemento lavaggio lenzuola di 10 euro.
