On the ground floor :

Five bedrooms composed as follows:
- Room 1 to 4: one double bed per room (140x190)
- Room 5 : a bunk bed (2 beds) and a baby cot

Outside :
- An above ground swimming pool of 6,85 m x 3,50 m, private, not heated, open from 15 June to 15 September. There is no alarm system but the access ladder can be removed for the safety of children. The pool is equipped with a RACER robot and an IZAKI broom.
- A beautiful south-facing garden of 3,000 m² with a shaded area to enjoy the coolness on sunny summer days.
- A 30 m² terrace with garden furniture, armchairs and deckchairs to enjoy the beautiful days.

The house is ideally situated in Montagnac-la-Crempse, in a small peaceful hamlet in the countryside where you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the pleasant surrounding landscape without being too far from Bergerac and the tourist centres of the Dordogne if you want to go sightseeing!
You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops in Villamblard (6 km) but also from shops, restaurants, bars, markets in Bergerac (13km)...
