Positive: The location was perfect. Lovely view from the terrace with comfortable table and chairs, Easy walking distance to the old town, the port, shops and restaurants, tram station and local buses. Overall the apartment was well equipped. Appreciated the bottle of wine and snacks. Agents responded to queries and did their best to assist.

Negative: We had some problems with access to get inside the main gates to reach our villa as we were a little early and had to wait for our keys. We had some maintenance issues, lights not working (bulbs missing), sink not draining, sink plug missing which should have been checked prior to our arrival. Maintenance did attend but not all problems resolved. The double bed was small and uncomfortable.(very firm mattress) Pillows could have been better but plenty of spare blankets and towels. The twin room, the beds were just off of the floor and not comfortable.

Summary: Overall we enjoyed it despite the maintenance issues. The location was perfect and very relaxing.
