Summary: Everything was just perfect for my short stay during the festival in Cannes. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to Juan Golfe Vallauris and the train ride is only 7 minutes to Cannes. The property itself is well kept and well run— simple but super clean and convenient. The room is small but works well. There’s a Thai place around the corner that serves amazing food not to mention the friendliness from the locals— I’d return again and highly recommend the stay. They have beach towels you just have to ask at the reception. Thanks!

Summary: This sweet little hotel offers a perfect location - close to the beach, the train station and the square to catch buses. There is a bus from the Nice airport (#82) that drops you just two blocks above the hotel. Rooms have separate a/c and heating units. They are simple rooms but an excellent value for the area so close to Cannes and Antibes. The town of Golfe Juan is a beautiful, quiet fishing village with excellent restaurants on the beach, a good grocery store, an organic grocery, a fruit shop, cheese shop and many cafes and bars right near the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast costs extra and is simple (croissant, bread or cake with coffee and juice) but it is a great value and a nice way to start the day in the hotel cafe or on their alfresco tables right in the town center. We have returned to this hotel many times due to the great value and the ambiance. It is not fancy but it is clean, quiet and comfortable. The mattress is excellent as well.

Summary: The property sits on a short street with several small businesses (restaurant, pharmacy, real estate, etc) just before the train station. Parking is very challenging "on that street", however one can find metered parking at the train station (3 minutes away) or possibly on parallel streets.
If you arrive past 5 pm (or so) you may find the two star hotel all "shuttered" (a metal screen is rolled down so that one would think the hotel is closed. However, just before the hotel is a gated area (private parking) that has a swinging gate. Open this (not every locked) and walk into the area. If you look carefully at the building you will see a common door with the name of the hotel written.
You'll need a "pass code" to enter. You may not find anyone there to give you further instruction, but they should have sent you an email or SMS with the instructions for getting in and your room number (the room key is already on the inside).

Summary: Nice little property to stay at, close to the beach and harbour. Very nice and accommodative host. Walls a bit thin in the room but would still come back.
