The entrance opens onto a comfortable living room with french furniture, a large fireplace and a great seaview. There is a direct access to the front terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped with induction hotplates, large fridge/freezer with ice dispenser, wine cellar, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A bar with stools gives this kitchen a very comely feel so guests and cook can enjoy a drink together. The dining room is in the same open area with a large table for 10 guests and access to the terrace and garden.
The property has five double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, three of whichopen onto the pool terrace. The fifth bedroom suite is located upstairs enjoys a private balcony wiith panoramic sea view.
In addition there is a single bedroom with shower room, located in the garden guest room, ideal for a nanny or au pair.
From the living room, you walk out onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and the pool - a large L-shaped swimming pool which is cleverly designed to make maximum use of the evening light reflecting on the water.
