Magali is a romantic and very nicely renovated cottage. This wonderful holiday home in the midst of the Dordogne has a beautiful private pool with an outside kitchen. Magali is not far from the lake "Lac du Causse" where you can swim and practice various water sports. Magali is walking distance from the groceryshop in Chavagnac, where you can get your fresh bread in the morning!
Inside Magali
Cozy living room of more then 30m2 with beamed ceiling and fireplace, there is an open kitchen with cooking island. On the ground floor are two double bedrooms with new beds of 160cm x 200, bathroom, separate toilet and large laundry room (washing machine and plenty of storage). Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double with two beds of 90cm and two single each with a bed of 90 x 200 cm, there is also a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Air conditioning in the bedrooms (and livingroom/kitchen).
Outside Magali
The plot is completely private and has a big garden of 5000m2 with several terraces. New lovely private pool with sun loungers and parasols. For those who really want to be out of the sun, there is also a large covered terrace with dining area.
Especially for the dog, there is the possibility to use a very large kennel for dogs: it is slightly more than 100m2, completely fenced with shade and has a large cabin. And last but not least for the children is a table tennis and trampoline availible.

The house is about 200 meters from the village and close to the lake Lascaux.
