Summary: This is a managed property, not a hotel. The room was clean, serviced daily, and decently appointed, the building had a nice pool, and the location was good (15-20 minute walk from the port/center of Saint Tropez). That said, it was also tiny and overpriced and other residents were loud and noisy at the pool until the wee hours of the morning since there is no management present in the evening, hence the average rating.
