A bright, 32 sq. metre kitchen-diner, with bifold doors opening onto the pool terrace, creates a generous hub for seamless indoor/outdoor living during long, hot French summers. This space includes: a Neff double oven (and microwave combi), large family fridge-freezer, family-sized dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the usual kitchen essentials. It also has a large dining table with seating for 10.
The adjoining utility room includes an additional wine/beer fridge, washing machine and further sink, and access to the downstairs cloakroom.
Downstairs, there is also a large family living room, with 2 comfortable sofas and a 55" TV screen with access to English and French Television. An additional HDMI cable makes this perfect for lazy days and film nights.
On the first floor, a large Master Bedroom has its own private en-suite, while across the landing seating area, 2 further spacious bedrooms, with pool views, have easy access to the Family Bathroom which includes a large bathtub and stand-up shower.
