The living room has two story vaulted ceilings with a traditional fireplace, making the couches the perfect place to curl up with a good book. From the kitchen and the living room, there are great views out to the canal and countryside beyond. In the summer, the pool is the perfect place to lounge and cool down. Just steps away, there is a lovely shaded path along the Canal Lateral that goes for miles and is perfect for a walk, a run or a bike ride.
Downstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds, perfect for couples. There is also a single room with one twin/single bed. Upstairs, there's a small single room as well. And over the living room, there's a loft space with a double size futon for two. Walking out the doors in the back of the house, whether through the kitchen double doors or any of the living room doors, you will be on a lovely covered patio that overlooks the pool as well as the canal, just beyond the property. The views of the countryside are just beautiful. There's a place to sit in the shade to read (or fall asleep while reading). On the way down to the fenced in pool, there's a BBQ area, and at the pool, there are many places to lounge between dips in the pool.
The living room has two story ceilings with a majestic fireplace. There are two couches to choose from to relax and read or take an afternoon nap.
