Right on the crossing of Bassussarry, Anglet and Arcangues lays this authentic family home on a quiet dead end road.
At this green setting, just a couple of kilometres away from the lovely city of Biarritz, you will find piece during a family vacation or amongst friends. The house is also perfect for small groups looking for a cosy place to stay while enjoying the outdoors, the golf, the ocean, the mountains on bike or on foot, or in general the French quality of life.
The house is divided in 2 parts, the main house on 2 floors and a separate apartment below, all with direct access to the terrace or garden that surrounds the house. The apartment is accessible from within the main house as it is from outside, if more privacy is needed.
The villa has a splendid view on the garden. On the terrace with sun from morning until late afternoon (there is also a covered part) you will enjoy the Basque air during any moment of the day, with enough space for extensive breakfasts, lunches, drinks and dinners for everyone staying in the house.
On the ground floor you enter the house in its spacious entrance with access to salon, dinner, kitchen, bedrooms and stairway. Facing south east there is a large living space with fireplace opening onto the diner, all surrounded by terraces. There’s a separate fully equipped kitchen, with direct access as well to the terrace. At the end of the corridor you find the master bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom with bath, also with doors opening to the terrace. A children’s bedroom with bunkbeds and bathroom completes the first floor.
Upstairs you will 2 more large bedrooms with double beds with enough space to put in children’s beds or cots for the little ones. There’s also a bathroom with toilet.(ATTENTION 1 room is under construction and not accessible until 01/01/23)
In the basement or better said garden level, there’s a separate apartment with an open space serving as salon and diner with small kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 2 to 3 single beds. Of course it comes with bathroom and toilet. The living area and master bedroom have direct access to the garden.
Also in the basement, you will find a garage for storage and the laundry room.
The house has in total 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets.
The house is just a couple of minutes away from the village centre of Bassussarry (with small supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant and deli) and 15 minutes from the beaches from Bidart, Biarritz or Anglet.
