A beautiful manor with an authentic French atmosphere in an enchanting setting of about 4 hectares of private land with private (fish) lake and private pool. Suspension bridge of rope and wooden boards to the private island. Nature, peace, space, privacy and comfort. The manor can accommodate up to 12 people. From Utrecht the distance is almost 900 km. There are good flight connections to Limoges, Bordeaux and Bergerac. There is an excellent train service from Paris to Limoges. Limoges Airport is about 40 km from Saint Moreil, where also runs the A20.

From the central entrance / hall you enter the living room with on the right a comfortable seating area, smart TV and large original fireplace with wood burning stove.
The TV has all the Dutch, British, French, German etc. stations, and many sport and movie channels. Also, if desired radio stations via the television.
On the other side of the entrance / hallway is the kitchen with a large round table, built-in antique cabinets and lake views. Behind the dining area is a large open kitchen with all necessary kitchen appliances. There is a separate utility room with washer and dryer for hotel quality and an extra large refrigerator and a freezer.
The house has 6 bedrooms and 12 beds. Each of the three floors has a bathroom with bath or shower and toilet (1x bidet). In addition, on the first floor in the middle room, a separate shower and toilet.
