Summary: A disappointing stay - wonderful location with insufficient staff and customer support measures in place. When we stayed there was no internet (after local fire) no telephone signal (isolated location) and, at night, no way to raise assistance as mobile phones didn’t work. Sadly this B&B is more shabby than shic and has forgotten how to look after its customers. Unless attitudes to paying customers changes from the owners this B&B should be closed within the year.
