Summary: We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog.
Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her.
This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came into the breakfast room and informed me the food was for humans and not dogs!
There was a French man with his dog in the breakfast room, he gave his dog food with no problem.
We will not be staying here again and I would not recommend this hotel based onmy latest experience, I felt extremely threatened by the attitude of the male receptionist and his manner towards me.

Summary: Great hotel. Very friendly receptionist at check-in. Room was large and very clean. Air conditioning was a life saver. Hotel was very quiet, secure car parking and great location only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. 5/5.

Summary: We stopped on our way to Spain, the hotel is a short walk from the charming town on the river Adour. There is a small pool, but it was a bit cold! Nice breakfast, dog friendly hotel, helpful cheerful staff.

Summary: The hotel is attractive and modern and excellent value. Reception warm. My single problem was ants in the room, only noticed late at night. Killed as many as I could and reported in next morning. I am sure/hope this was an isolated experience.

Summary: Great location of hotel beside the river off the main street through town. Quite and extremely clean with the property couple owners working there and speak English in case you don't speak French. Friendly, welcoming and extremely clean. Pool was closed due to late season however had drinks on the patio overlooking the old town and the L'Adour river. Old town full of historical buildings and churches and a bullring. Would stay again!
