THE SETTING & THE ATMOSPHERE
As its name indicates (Oihan; wood in Basque), Villa Oihan is a superb architect-designed house built in a green setting a few kilometers from Biarritz. Whether it is the surrounding vegetation, or the omnipresent wood inside the villa, this villa is undeniably inspired by nature and breathes tranquility.
THE VILLA
Oihan is a human-sized house in which one feels good, serene, like at home. Arranged on two floors, the first floor is composed of a large, bright and warm living room opening onto a lovely terrace, with its heated swimming pool in extension. The kitchen, fully equipped, is at the heart of a sublime living room including a dining room, a living room with a TV corner and a playroom for the children. Outside, a large terrace with a plancha corner and a large table around which you can have lunch facing the pool.
THE ROOMS
Villa Oihan has 5 double rooms.
On the first floor, a first suite with a shower room opens directly on the pool area.
The 4 other bedrooms, including the master bedroom, are located on the first floor of the villa.
The master suite has a beautiful bathroom with island bathtub and Italian shower and a beautiful dressing room in raw wood. The 3 other double bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and bath.
PRACTICAL SIDE
You can park up to 4 cars on the property; two on a parking lot, and up to two more in the driveway. Please note, however, that the parking spaces will not be suitable for large vehicles (although they will be able to park in the driveway).
WHAT WE LOVE
We love the warm atmosphere of this villa in which we imagine ourselves perfectly staying with our family. The soft colors, the natural materials chosen, and the beautiful light that cradles the house throughout the day make it a real cocoon under the trees.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Villa Oihan is located in Arbonne, in a small and quiet residential road. Located 20 minutes from the beaches and the city center of Biarritz, Oihan is the ideal place to enjoy a quiet stay with family or friends.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT CONDITIONS
Generally speaking travellers can check-in from 4PM-8PM and check-out from 8AM-10AM. Late check-ins can be arranged with our Concierges. For any check-ins or check-outs before 8am and after 8pm, an extra fee will be applied:

From 6am to 8am - 80€
