Covering an area of 80m2, comprising on the ground floor a large living room (40m2) with fitted kitchen, fireplace and stove (wood supplied), upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is semi-mezzanine (fitted with 140 beds, bedding new) and a bathroom. The interior decoration is an invitation to travel, the trinkets were collected by the owner during her travels around the world.
Ideal for 4 to 5 people (sofa on the ground floor that can be used as a bed). Baby equipment available.
The rental is located in a hamlet 4 km from Prayssas, a village with character. Perched on the hillsides, it overlooks a landscape of woods and meadows. A municipal road separates it from the owners' home. Large common ground with these for outdoor games.

To cool off in summer, several solutions: from the classic town swimming pool to river beaches (the Lot is 15 minutes by car), passing by lakes / ponds (base at Néguenou in the village at 5 minutes, Damazan at 30 minutes) or the Parc en Ciel natural swimming pool at Lacapelle Biron (1h). Finally, to relax, the terms of Casteljaloux (45mn).
The region also has a number of amusement parks: Walibi (45mn), tree climbing at Parc en Ciel (1h) and Casteljaloux (45mn).
