Piccante Deluxe Seaview is a wonderful villa, carefully restored with style and exceptional elegance, located in the highest part of San Gregorio. The villa is located in the countryside of Patù, less than 2 km from the beautiful bay of San Gregorio, famous for its enchanting sunsets and from the lovely beach of Marina di Felloniche.
The accommodation has two bright porches: an access veranda on the rear side and a large front porch fully equipped with an elegant outdoor sitting area. There is also a comfortable barbecue area here.
