Given the great variety in the family organizations of our tenants, bed and bath linen are not provided. You have the possibility to rent it and make it available on site (website: www.loclinge.com) in the size of your family.
In winter, the rental rate includes a maximum electricity budget of €300/week (including heating) - additional electricity costs will be adjusted on the deposit.
We try to prevent this from happening, but to make your garden more pleasant, a landscaper may occasionally be necessary to mow the lawn.
