Negative: This accommodation appears to operate in a grey area. Payment was taken immediately after booking and was non-refundable. It was impossible to obtain an invoice for our stay. One member of our group had an accident in Mallorca, and the insurance company required an official invoice, which we never received. Despite repeated attempts to contact the host, Roberta stopped responding to my messages. There was also no response to a formal request sent via Booking.com. Due to the lack of cooperation and documentation, I would recommend avoiding this accommodation.
