We rent our holiday home in the heart of a small village in the bay of Mont Saint Michel.
The house is 4.5 km from Genêts and departures for crossing the Bay, 9 km from
Avranches, 23 km from Granville and 32 km from Mont Saint Michel.
This is an old building that we are renovating little by little but leaving it with its old charm.
It includes a kitchen / dining room of 32 m² and a living room of 32 m² also, these two rooms are each equipped with a wood stove (wood available) and 6 bedrooms including a dormitory of 6 beds, for a total capacity sleeps 16, and three shower rooms.
The house is at the foot of the church and has a large plot of about 1500 m².
During the school holidays we prefer weekly renting.
The cleaning fee is extra and taxed.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
