Positive: Great location, very quiet apartment despite being on a busy street. Everaldo was terrific providing very detailed instructions to get into the apartment and answering questions when we arrived. Separation of the bedroom and the living area was great on different floors. Shower was hot with good pressure.

Negative: More silverware- only 2 forks? Also a couple of blankets would have been nice both for night as well as to use while sitting on the couch. Would be nice to have an instruction manual for the appliances as they were not intuitive and YouTube did not help. Easy fixes for a nice place.
