This spacious 3 bedroom Perigourdin house is situated just outside the village of Cales and has a beautiful view over the countryside,
It is the ideal location for exploring the area and discovering the beauty of the Dordogne or just relax by the pool in the quiet surroundings.
The swimming pool is your own private pool and is surrounded by fencing and has a lockable gate for security. There are sunloungers complete with cushions and parasols.
The accommodation is very spacious with seperate lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility room
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and a Rangemaster electric cooker. As well as everything else you would need for your stay. The utility room has a toilet, walk in shower, sink and washing machine.
The dining room leads onto the covered veranda where you will find a gas plancha and a charcol bbq for your outdoor cooking. There is a seating area with an outside sofa and table and chairs.
Upstairs you will find 3 good sized bedrooms 2 doubles one with king size bed and one with a double. The third has a single bed. There is also a family bathroom with a cast iron bath and walk in shower, sink and toilet.
The house is set in 1.5 acres with beautiful views.
The medieval village of Tremolat is 4km and has the famous 'Cingle de Tremolat' with magnificent views over the Dordogne.
There are many outdoor activities to do in the area as well as exploring Chateaux, Caves, and wine tasting. Supermarkets are a short drive away.
There are wonderful markets to discover in nearby villages.
Bergerac airport is a 30 minute drive and Bordeaux, Limoge 2 hours.
Rental price includes all bed linen (with a weekly change), towels including pool towels, electricity, water, local taxes and cleaning at the end of your stay. Excludes any heating costs.
