The apartment is located on the third floor of a condominium. It has two terraces with a view of the mountains and a small park. It is divided into the day zone with a light and spacious living room with an area for dining, a well-equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom, and the night zone with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Guest access
From the train station: exit directly from the train station tunnel to via Balicco, turn left, and walk to Corso G. Matteotti. Go up the street to the first apartment house on the right side (5min total).
By car: we will provide you with a private box in the same building. The entrance is via Lorenza Balicco. Please inform us in advance about your arrival so we meet you at the entrance to the box to give you the keys.

Please note that as hosts we are obliged to register all the guests officially and collect city tax from the guests older than 14 years old.
