Situated in a hamlet in beautiful countryside, the house is ideally placed for exploring the major tourist attractions of the Dordogne Valley, such as the medieval towns of Sarlat and Montignac, Lascaux prehistoric caves and the chateau at Hautefort. It is 2km from Sainte Orse which has a nice restaurant and a small shop selling bread. It is a 10 min drive to the supermarkets and more restaurants in Hautefort or Thenon.
The house is ideal for families, or groups of artists, walkers, cyclists or gourmands.
The property includes a farmhouse kitchen, two large sitting rooms, three double bedrooms (one on a private mezzanine), two twin bedrooms, three bathrooms - one with bath and shower, two with shower rooms and 3 WCs.
