This exceptional villa with 300 square metres of lliving space is set in 4000 square metres of landscaped gardens with extensive views over the countryside. The huge, heated (from September) pool (15m x 7.5m) with gently sloping beach area is surrounded by a beautiful pool terrace with loungers and is enhanced by a large (80 square metres) pool house incorporating beautiful sitting area and fully equipped summer kitchen with pizza oven. Sleeping 8 people in the main house there are 4 large bedrooms, three of which are ensuite. For groups numbering up to 12 people there is the possibility of renting a 2 bedroom apartment at a supplement of 1200€ per week during July and August. Please note the apartment is not rented separately from the villa.. The large hallway leads to a spacious salon with two separate seating areas. The dining area leads to the large terrace whcih runs the length of the house with views over the swimming pool to the countryside beyond. The dominant prosition of the villa ensures privacy in addition to great views. The kitchen is fully equipped. Next to the lounge is a large children's play room. The four bedrooms are all spacious with large good quality beds. All linen and towels is supplied.
