Charming recently renovated 3-storey town house with jacuzzi for 4 people. Situated in the village of Le Bugues, north of the Vézère, it is close to all the town's amenities and activities (restaurants, shops, Parc du Bournat, communal swimming pool, mini-golf, aquarium, etc).
Once through the front door, you'll come straight into the open-plan kitchen with a large dining table perfect for family meals, and the comfortable living room.
From the kitchen, you can access the private terrace via a stone corridor. This outdoor area is equipped with a comfortable patio set and a Jacuzzi SPA for up to four people. There is also a laundry room with toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor is entirely dedicated to the master suite. The master suite comprises a bedroom area with double bed and dressing room, a lounge area with two sofas and television, and an en suite shower room with walk-in shower and wc.
The second floor has a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also another shower room with wc.
All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning.
