## Space
We offer a recent family house of 100m² in a small hamlet that can accommodate 6 people.
You will enter a large and bright living room composed of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso coffee machine, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. A kitchen kit for the first night only (1 trash bag, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet and a kitchen towel) will be at your disposal, except for kitchen groceries (salt, pepper, oil..) which will not be supplied.
The living room area is equipped with a very large 160cm wall-mounted television, a pull-out coffee table and a comfortable sofa for spending pleasant evenings with the family. We offer a free and unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection.
The living room also gives access, through a large bay window, to the garden of approximately 600m² where you will find everything you need to spend quality time outside; table, chairs, deckchairs to enjoy the sun and of course the essential barbecue for summer or winter for the bravest.
Upstairs, the AIR-CONDITIONED house consists of 3 beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom with a toilet, double sink and bathtub. You will also have bathroom essentials for the first night only (1 small bottle of shower gel and 1 small bottle of shampoo) as well as a roll of toilet paper.
We have two bedrooms with comfortable 160 and 140 double beds as well as a bedroom ideal for children with two single beds. Each room has its own dressing room, practical for stays of a few days or more.

## Access
Arrive whenever you want from 4 p.m. (without the possibility of early arrival) until midnight. Departure is no later than 10 a.m. (no possibility of late departure).
Entry into the house is AUTONOMOUS using a key box.
The house is very easy to access, just 15 minutes from the motorway exit.
You can park your vehicle in front of the house.

## Transit
Tours is 20 minutes by car; you can also opt for the bus to Athée-sur-Cher (35 min) or the train from St-Martin-le-Beau (23 min). They will both take you to the station in the center of Tours.
