A master suite with its terrace occupies the first floor of the house while four other bedrooms are located on the garden level, bordered by a long balcony. The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 separate toilets.

The swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) is heated (Easter to All Saints' Day) and secured thanks to its electric roller shutter, the closing of which is centralized like all the shutters in the house. Its surroundings are equipped with 4 sun loungers and sitting pools.
The terrace accommodates a sheltered table and chairs for 12 people, an XXL gas grill area as well as an outdoor lounge composed of four sofas and 2 coffee tables.
