The kitchen and living areas are on the ground floor, comprising a formal double height dining room, sitting room, a study /(or the potential to use as bedroom 6 if a ground floor bedroom is required) and an intimate morning room with working fireplace and stained glass window. The dining room and living room open out
on to the garden and pool area.
There are four bedrooms on the first floor, and all have countryside views. The master suite has its own sitting room and bathroom and is set across the entire second floor of the property. Most rooms have dual aspect windows.
